Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to  services provided by Kind Kulture Club. 

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully prior to subscribing to a membership plan and starting coaching sessions. The terms and conditions will be reviewed bi-annually and may also be subject to change. The amended conditions will be effective from the moment they are uploaded on the Kind Kulture Club website. We will notify you of any changes we may make to our terms & conditions in the future via email. It will also be the responsibility for any website user to check for new or updated terms and conditions.

All content and information on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not establish any client-coach relationship by your use of this website. A client-coach relationship with you is only formed after we have expressly entered into a written agreement that you have signed. Although we strive to provide accurate general information, the information presented here is not a substitute for any kind of professional advice, and you should not rely solely on this information. Coaching Sessions 

Coaching sessions will be offered on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis for 60 minutes, unless alternative arrangements are agreed. This includes holiday leave and sickness. If we plan to take time off, we will give you at least one month’s notice or provide you with as much advance notice as we can. You will be given a copy of a Client Agreement Form to review and sign before starting your first coaching session. 

Clarity Call - this meeting will not be charged and will typically last for 30 minutes. This meeting gives you the opportunity to ask any questions before deciding whether to book your first coaching session. Clients will only be entitled to one clarity call for the duration of their agreement. 

1:1 Wellness Coaching (Members) - each single session will typically last for 60 minutes. You will not be charged for each session as this is included as part of your membership plan (Standard, Plus, Premium and Platinum). Members are offered four, eight twelve or unlimited 1:1 wellness coaching sessions in total as part of their membership plan. If you would like to receive additional coaching sessions, please consider upgrading to the Plus, Premium or Platinum membership plan. 

1:1 Wellness Coaching (Non-members) - each single session will be charged at £150 and will typically last for 60 minutes. This is the Pay As You Go option for non-members of Kind Kulture Club. 

CONFIDENTIALITY, ETHICS & PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

At Kind Kulture Club, we are licensed healthcare professionals, and adhere to the ethical guidelines of our professional bodies (including but not limited to the Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies & British Psychological Society). However, we deliver wellness coaching only as part of this service (not psychological therapy or nursing care). In the event, you should seek coaching services, having previously worked with any coach in psychological therapy, we would strongly advise you to commence coaching at least one year after completing therapy. The advice stated above does not apply if you have sought either coaching or therapy services from a separate enterprise to the Kind Kulture Club and the K.I.N.DE.R. Therapist.

Conversely, if we have entered into a coach-client relationship, and we both agree that you would benefit more from psychological therapy, we will advise that you seek therapy from a different healthcare professional, either within the service (if practicable) or externally. The advice above is given to maintain ethical and professional boundaries as well as our duty of care to you. 

Confidentiality means we will treat your personal information and what you share with us with the utmost respect, and in line with the ethical guidelines of our professional bodies. 

As your wellness coach, we may also need to share your information should any issues related to safety arise within our sessions. This may include risk of harm or neglect to yourself or others (adults, the general public, and/ or children).There are specific situations in which confidentiality may be broken:

1. Where you give consent for confidentiality to be broken and information to be shared.

2. Where the Kind Kulture Club  is compelled by a court of law.

3. Where the information shared is of such gravity and seriousness that confidentiality cannot be maintained. This includes instances in which we consider you and/or others to be in imminent danger.

Depending on the severity of the safeguarding concern, your information may be shared with your  GP, local mental health team, or the relevant local authorities. Where possible, we will always aim to discuss this with you prior to making a disclosure outside of our coaching sessions. 

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Kind Kulture Club offers four membership options: Standard membership which is charged at £24.99 per month, Plus membership which is charged at £39.99 per month, Premium membership which is charged at £74.99 per month and our Platinum membership which is charged at £79.99. The membership fees are non-negotiable, however, we reserve the right to offer coupons and promotional codes throughout the year towards the costs of membership.

For non-members, all payments are requested once the online booking for a coaching session or package has been made. You will also receive a payment confirmation and details of your online session once the booking has been confirmed.

The service operates a 72-hour cancellation policy for all coaching sessions lasting 60 minutes. If you cancel an appointment at least 72 hours in advance, you will not be charged for the missed session. If you cancel with notice within 48 hours or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment (non-members only). 

If you have selected one of our memberships or coaching packages which entitles you to a set number of sessions, any missed session (with notice given within 48 hours), will count towards your total number of sessions and will not be redeemable or refundable. For example, if session 3 is missed, and you have 4 sessions in total, under your current plan, you will still have 1 coaching session remaining, unless you choose to purchase more coaching sessions by upgrading your membership plan.

The service has a two session maximum cancellation policy. If you cancel two consecutive sessions without any prior notice, we will write to you on the day of the missed session. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue coaching sessions and we will release your appointment slot in line with the client contract and service policy.

Refunds

All membership plans, individual coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.

STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION & DATA PROTECTION
